Caroline M. Erdahl
Caroline M. Erdahl holds degrees from Villa Julie University and the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. Caroline worked for Murray I. Resnick, PA in Administrative Services, Office Management at CRL of Maryland, Inc., inside Sales at BICC Cables, Inc. and Anixter Brothers Inc., and as a Glass Artist/Self-Proprietor at CME Designs. Volunteerism is important to Caroline. She volunteers for various organizations including Bereaved Parents of the USA, JUMP, SADD, Montgomery County Probation, and Rockville Correctional Facility.
Dana Cook, Executive Director, Board President
Dana Cook holds degrees from Purdue University (B.A. in Psychology and Fine Arts). Cook is the Executive Director of Half Way Home. She also works as a Program Coordinator/Studio Artist of Child-Adult Resource Services and is a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional with Houston Group Homes. Other previous professional employment positions include: Director of SGL and Waiver Services for Child-Adult Resource Services, Inc., a Waiver Case Manager for Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG), and a Care Coordinator at Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. Dana has completed a variety of trainings that transfer skills to benefit facilitation of our program including, but not limited to: ISP/PCP facilitation, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Certified in Adult CPR/first aid, High Performance Team training, Crisis Recovery training, Positive Behavior Supports, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Public Passenger Chauffeur’s License, and CORE A/B certification for medication administration.
